"Account setup was kinda slow"
I tried getting my account set up, and it took way longer than I expected. I thought it would be quick, but I was just sitting around waiting without many clear updates. Maybe it goes smoother for other people, but for me the setup process was kinda frustrating and didn’t make the best first impression.

I really wanted to like this platform because it actually looks decent and seems easy enough to use, which makes it even more impressive how often it manages to freeze or crash. When it works, it’s fine, but that doesn’t happen nearly as much as it should

"Payout took way too long"
At first I figured the payout was just taking a little extra time and I was trying to be patient. But after waiting that long, my mood changed fast. It got really frustrating, and I’m not happy with how unreliable it felt.

"Kind of regret signing up"
The site itself is alright, I guess, but I’m starting to regret paying for it. Getting help has been such a hassle. I waited forever for a reply and had to keep following up just to get someone to respond. When they finally did, it felt rushed and didn’t really solve my problem anyway. Not the worst service ever, but definitely not what I expected.

"I didn’t feel like there was enough clear..."
I didn’t feel like there was enough clear information about how everything works. A few parts were vague, and that made it hard for me to trust the company. It also felt like I was being pushed through some automated system instead of getting real answers from an actual person, which really annoyed me. I’d rather go with a company that explains things clearly upfront and doesn’t make you guess.

"Rules were kind of hard to follow"
I got stuck on the challenge rules. Maybe I missed something, but a few parts felt vague and I kept bouncing between pages trying to figure out what counted and what didn’t. Since it’s a paid challenge, I expected everything to be clearer before getting started. Just wasn’t a great experience for me.

"Spreads were ridiculous"
Tried trading here the spreads were way too high for me. The slippage didn’t help either. Felt like dealing with a bunch of amateurs, so I’m not coming back.

I gave thinkcapital.com a try, but the fees ended up being way more than I was comfortable with. What annoyed me most was that the communication around the costs wasn’t very clear upfront, so a few charges caught me off guard and added up fast. Maybe it’s a good fit for other people, but for me it didn’t feel worth it. I really wish they were more straightforward about the pricing before you sign up.

"Bad first impression with my withdrawal"
My first real impression came when I tried to withdraw, it wasn’t good. I put in the request and it just sat there for days with no clear movement. Every time I contacted support, I basically got told to wait, but nobody gave me a proper reason or a useful update.
I really don’t like having to chase after my own money, especially that early on. Maybe other people have had smoother experiences, but mine left a bad taste right away, and I don’t see myself using them again.

"Verification took forever??"
The verification process was kind of a pain. I uploaded my documents and thought that would be it, but then I ended up waiting way longer than I expected. After that, they asked me for more info again, which was like… okay, why?? Support did get back to me, but not exactly quickly. It did finally go through in the end, but the whole experience felt really slow and confusing.
